Neither this Investment Memorandum nor its contents nor the fact of its existence may be disclosed to any other person or used for any purpose, without the prior written consent of the Advisor or the Owner, which consent may be granted or withheld in the sole and absolute discretion of the Owner or Advisor. Upon request, you will promptly return or destroy this Investment Memorandum and all other information made available in connection with the potential transaction and will not retain or distribute any copies thereof
  6. Except as otherwise set out in the Investment Memorandum, the Investment Memorandum is based on information received from the Owner Of this Property.
